CARS is a new series of oils and sketches based on Marc’s love of creating car models. The series began life in the 1980s as a collection of quick sketches completed between jobs. Whenever Marc had a moment he would draw another model for a car. Slowly over time these sketches came to fill a thick folder. Ultimately Marc would send that folder to the Rietveld Art Academy as part of his application.
